Healing With The Angels Oracle Cards – Their message for you today is BALANCE! – your time has been lopsided lately and you need to learn to balance your time as equally as possible.  Once you learn to do this you will see that you have more energy.  One way to help with all this is to add regular doses of meditatin, exercise and play to your day.  It’s not that hard to do actually even spending 5 minutes in meditation a day helps, get outside and walk a few minutes during lunch instead of sitting there reading the newspaper.  While your at it, why not act like a little kid again and put some play into your day.  I know it seems silly why not try a small game of hopscotch or toss a ball around.  Anything can make you feel like a child and give you a bit of play into your day.

Persistence – Ascended Master Lugh

No matter how hard you think a situation is or that your dreams and desires may not come true, remember that it is all up to you.  If you think and feel that a project is too big for you to handle then break it down into smaller pieces and keep going and working on those dreams and desires.  You have to be persistent in order to make things happen in your life.

The Ascended Masters as well as Angels and Guides are all here to help you on a daily basis, all you have to do is ask for their help, be sincere in what you ask for and be willing to do your part to make things change.  Remember the Angels and Guides will NOT and I repeat will NOT do all the work for you, they will help open up new doors for you and new opportunities but it is up to you whether or not you walk through those doors.
